Hi, I’m Deedra, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Living Tree Counseling Center. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage life’s challenges. I provide supportive, affirming care focused on helping clients gain clarity, emotional balance, and healthier ways of coping.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and women’s issues. My work is client-centered and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, DBT-informed skills, and somatic approaches, based on each individual’s needs and goals.

I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you explore what is coming up for you, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and grounded.
