Hello! I am the Clinical Director and an LPC-Associate with Living Tree. I offer diverse and adaptable support using an eclectic therapeutic approach to tailor our journey to your unique path. I also employ diverse skills and cultural understanding to create a supportive environment for you to be heard and heal as you seek understanding and growth. As an eclectic therapist, I ensure the use of numerous research-based approaches including, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, Narrative, CPT, solution-focused, somatic, mindfulness, and existential. My greatest goal is to adapt to your needs as they become evident in our sessions.
