Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Supervised by Shirley Nedock, LPC-S In-person & telehealth
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) and a veteran who understands that life doesn’t come with a set of instructions. At times, it can feel like walking through the dark, with no map and unsure of the way ahead. With a flashlight in hand, my goal is to bring some light to the dark. Utilizing existential therapy, I help clients connect with what truly matters to them, reflect on their sense of self, and discover how their past may be influencing their present journey. My focus is on an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, and the Gottman Method (for couples). I strive to create a space that is safe and free of judgment, where you can explore and develop practical solutions with depth and insight for any topic you choose to explore. Therapy with me is an alliance where we walk side by side into the unknown, steadfast in the goal of finding clarity, gaining self-awareness, and achieving life-long outcomes.
