Hello! My name is Angela Battise, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I earned my BA in Cultural Anthropology and Diversity Studies at Texas State University. I received my M.Ed. in Counseling & Development with a focus on Marriage, Couples and Family Therapy from Lamar University. I am passionate about serving diverse populations including multicultural/multiracial, underserved and marginalized families, couples and individuals ages 10 years and up. I utilize various modalities, but lead with client-centered, solution-focused. I also have a specialized interest in blended families, religious/spiritual abuse and trauma and nature-based therapy.
