Living Tree New Braunfels Counseling Center PLLC welcomes you to apply for master’s level practicum and internship opportunities. LTNBCC is a fast-growing behavioral health organization with big dreams of changing the way people think about mental health! We are  currently looking for a dynamic trainee interested in:

• Helping us continue to make high quality evidence-based behavioral health treatment accessible;

• Expanding our core mission of improving care in our community through treatment, education, and research; and

• Supporting the development of programming and services for our thriving Center.

This position will have a flexible start date.  We require a commitment of at least two-semesters working 15 hours per week. This position is supervised by a TX LPC. This internship will provide experience working in a group practice setting. This internship position is geared at learning and expanding skills in order to  prepare for licensure and work as a licensed mental health professional. Training is comprised of both clinical and non clinical opportunities that include:

• Assessment, diagnosis, and case conceptualization

• Individual, couple, family, group and other systems interventions

• In-person and virtual psychotherapy with individuals and groups

• Consultation and collaboration with other behavioral health providers including counselors, marriage and family therapists, and social workers.

• Individual, group, and peer supervision by trained Clinical Supervisors

• Training and education opportunities through our Center

• Research
