I am dedicated to helping individuals, children, and families navigate life's challenges and discover their true selves. As an existentialist therapist, I specialize in addressing issues such as relationship problems, addiction, trauma, PTSD and serving the veteran population. My experience with various vulnerable populations allows me to support clients in overcoming feelings of being "stuck" and guide them towards self-discovery. In my practice, I create a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. I help clients find intrinsic motivation for change, fostering a sense of agency and empowerment. I encourage clients to explore their inner voices and parts, promoting self-compassion and integration. I also help identify clients' strengths and resources, helping them envision and work towards their desired outcomes. Lastly, I focus on improving attachment and emotional connections within relationships, enhancing communication and understanding. Through these diverse modalities, I empower clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and cultivate meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to support each individual in their journey toward self-awareness and fulfillment.
