Lorena Parra
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Supervised by Shirley Nedock LPC-S, In-person & Telehealth
As a dedicated therapist, I bring a rich background in clinical psychology from Colombia and am currently pursuing dual Master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Counseling. My approach is deeply rooted in a systemic perspective, valuing the importance of understanding and incorporating the context of your life—your cultural, demographic, and diverse experiences that shape who you are.
Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I see myself as both a researcher and a guide in your journey of self-discovery. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can express your needs openly. Together, we will explore your unique situation and background to find the tools and strategies that align with your most authentic, fulfilled self.
My commitment is to help you recognize your inner beauty and resilience, fostering a sense of pride in who you are and who you are becoming. I am here to support you in achieving a more harmonious, happy, and accomplished version of yourself.
