Hello, my name is Mary Crudu! I am a bilingual licensed professional counselor associate. I received my masters degree in clinical mental health from Liberty University in 2023, but my heart's desire has always been to walk alongside others as they go through life transitions. 

The modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT), and Gestalt Therapy (GT). In addition, I also use an integrative faith based approach at the client’s request.
