I have over 13 years of experience supporting military families through various challenges and have also worked extensively with families, teens, and children on issues like depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. My approach to therapy is solution-focused and collaborative, aiming to make the process as welcoming as possible, and I use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to help clients overcome irrational thought patterns. I am a certified CANS evaluator, an adoption evaluator, and I also offer immigration evaluations and LPC-A supervision.
